What is included in a window cleaning service of my home?

Our typical window cleaning service includes cleaning the windows on the inside and outside, cleaning of the screens, tracks, and window sills.

How long must I be at home?

I can't be there for 4 hours waiting for everything to be done.

At Stanley we always bring a team of qualified staff to complete your service quickly and professionally. Four hour jobs for other companies become a 1 hour service with Stanley. You will not have to wait for us to get everything done.

What about hard water stains, they never seem to come off?

We are experts at removing calcium deposits and other stains from your windows and glass. No need for you to worry ever again about that sprinkler that has been spraying your windows.

What about my carpets, will they get dirty?

The simple answer, NO. We always wear booties (shoe covers) when we are in your home and we also place a drop cloth beneath every window we clean. We take great care to leave your home as we found it with one clear difference, sparkling windows!

Are you insured?

Yes, Stanley Window Cleaning is licensed, bonded, and insured. We also have a current workers™ compensation policy. We exceed all standards established for our industry.

Do I need to be home to have my windows cleaned?

We strongly recommended our first time customers to be present during our first visit to clean your windows or perform any other services. We would like to answer any questions that you may have and see the clear difference in our services.

Regular clients often arrange for us to clean their windows while they are not present.
Why? Because we have an owner present at every visit we make!

Why don't you have a standard price based on home size like other companies I see on the internet?

Simple, every home is different and size does not always determine the number of windows, the placement of the windows, accessibility of the windows, and so on. We want to be sure we can do the best possible service at a very reasonable price. That is why we always visit each home before we start our service. How else would we know what your needs are?

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Window cleaning is recommended to be done on a quarterly basis (every 3 months). Some circumstances may require the windows to be cleaned on an even more frequent basis.
